新品と交換するため返品か、返金かのどちらかで対応できれば非常に幸いです。下記に詳細を記入しメールで返送してください、そうすれば返品承認番号を発行し、返品手順を連絡します。‘交換、あるいは返金のために返品された商品が偽物である、返品された商品は製造業者の製品ではない、販売した商品の製造番号と返品された商品のそれが相違する、と判定された場合は返金は支払われず、その旨はメール、或いは電話で、返品した商品の回収手順と併せて通知されます。返品の回収の輸送費はお客様負担で、回収品出荷の指示を出すのに最高10営業日あります。回収品の輸送費と荷扱費の合計は30ドルです。
