私は商品がすぐに必要でしたが、このセラーは在庫切れである事を報告せずに発送をしたと嘘の報告をして、時間稼ぎをしました。
そして、発送前に何度もキャンセルを要請したのにも関わらず、勝手に発送をしてその商品を返品する為に私は多大の時間と労力を要しています。返送代金も＄70掛かりました。ですので、商品代金とは別に＄70を請求します。
セラーは商品が戻ってきたら返金をすると言っていますが、金額が大きく私はそのお金がすぐに必要なので、早急に返金を要請します。

I needed the items right away but I held out because the seller had lied to me by say he had shipped them without notifying me that he was out of stock.
And even though I requested to cancel my order many times before he sent the shipment, he went ahead and send them out and so I've spent a lot of time and energy to get this sent back to him. It cost $70 to ship back to him and so I am asking for another $70 to cover this.
The seller said he would refund my money once the items got back to him but I need that money back right away because it was quite a lot for me so I'm demanding a refund ASAP.
