そこで長期間に渡って商品がとまっているようです。
私はこの状況で何もすることはできません。
しかし、バイヤーの要望でキャンセル連絡があったので私は早急に対応します。

I shipped the item through the Japanese post office on March 28, then from the tracking number I confirmed that it was in German customs on April 1.
It seems as though it has been stuck there since then.
There is nothing I can do about this situation.
However, upon receiving a request from the buyer to cancel I wanted to be sure to respond right away.
I always want to do whatever I can to help the buyer.

Shipping off the order on March 28 via Japan Post, I have traced the parcel to go under customs clearance in Frankfurt, Germany, as of April 1.
The parcel is likely to have been retained there for a long time. I cannot do anything under this situation.
However, as the buyer requested cancel of the order, I will respond to it as soon as possible.
This is the best thing I can do for the buyer.
