工場は稼働していなくても見ることが出来れば大丈夫ですので。
また商品について質問させていただいたり、発送までの流れ(ライアンさんのしているお仕事)が見れば、と思います。
最近では注文数が増えているので、しばしば商品間違いがあります。
私達でもわかりやすくオーダーする工夫をしたいので、仕事現場を参考にさせていただければと思います。

Even if the factory is not operating at the time, it's still fine if we are able to see it.
We would appreciate it if we could ask questions about the goods and examine the process through to dispatch (the job which Ryan does).
Since the number of orders is increasing as of late, there are frequent mistakes with products.
We want to make an easy to understand order system, so we would really appreciate being able to view the work environment.
