もう少し修正が必要な場合、この期間であればデザイナーに微調整を依頼することも可能です。

The submission deadline for the competition has passed.
You are asked to decide on which design to select within seven days of the completion of the competition.
You can select from the submitted designs, or if necessary, you can request minor modifications to the designers during this period.

The applications have been received and the competition has now been closed.
And the design that will be used will be decided 7 days from this closing date.
The design will be chosen from the currently submitted ones;
But in case there is a need for some alterations, the designer will possibly be asked to do minor adjustments during this period.
