２月１３日にTopcon RL-H4C Rotating Laser Level - DB Package を購入した。
テストで使用したところ、回転レーザー自体発光部が回転しない故障が起きています。
つきましては、商品の交換、あるいは返金をお願い致します。

I bought Topcon RL-H4C Rotating Laser Level - DB Package on February 13.
When I used it for testing, there was a failure that the light emitting portion of the turn laser itself does not turn.
So please accept returning this or give me refund.

I purchased Topcon RL-H4C Rotating Laser Lever - DB Package on Feb 13.
I tried to run it , and I have experienced that the rotary laser diode part does not rotate.
For this reason, I would like exchange or refund for the package.
