私達の会社は合同会社です。
そのため、日本では株式会社の設立に公証人による定款の認証が必要ですが、合同会社の設立には必要ありません。設立の証明として先日添付した商業登記簿があります。
そしてこの会社のBeneficial Ownerは私だけです。私の住所は添付したファイルを確認してください。

Our company is a limited liability company; Therefore unlike joint-stock corporations which need an approval of articles by notaries public to establish in Japan, we as a LLC, don't have to go through the procedures. We attached our certified copy of commercial registration as a proof of constitution.
In addition, I am the only ' Beneficial Owner' of this company. Refer to the attached file with regard to my address, please.

We are a consolidated company.
In Japan, when incorporating a company, the company needs the certificate of incorporation issued by a notary public. However such certificate is not required for consolidated companies. Therefore the commercial registration which I sent to you the other day is the only documents to certify the establishment of our company.
In addition, I am the only beneficial owner of the company, and please refer to the attached file for my address.

「consolidated company」を「limited liability company」に変更します。辞書を引くと、どちらも出てくるのですが、「limited liability company」の方がよいと思います。よろしくお願いします。
