以前ＥＢＡＹであなたからLogitech UE 900という商品を購入したものです。
購入した商品のうち内部断線して完全に音が聞こえくなってしまってものが１個あります。
初期不良だと思うのですが、交換または返金していただけますか？

I previously bought Logitech UE 900 from you on eBay.
One of the items I bought has an internal wire break and the sound is totally inaudible.
I think this is an initial failure, will you exchange this or make refund?
