When I previously asked the cause, I was told that it's because the tracking numbers of Japan Post are not supported. As you can see on my customers' feedback etc, I'm working on improvement in order to provide best service.

I have heard this is caused by the system that doesn't support Japan Post's tracking number as asking the reason last time.
