The seller has been notified that the item you received was not as described and you have opened a case in the Resolution Center. The seller has a maximum of seven (7) days to respond to you; the seller may offer a full/partial refund or send you a replacement item.

If the seller asks for the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement, please be sure to take the following steps:
Buy tracking when you ship the item and upload the tracking number to your case details in the Resolution Center
Include signature confirmation if the combined purchase price and original shipping total $250 or more
