The seller has been notified that the item you received was not as described and you have opened a case in the Resolution Center. The seller has a maximum of seven (7) days to respond to you; the seller may offer a full/partial refund or send you a replacement item.
If the seller asks for the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement, please be sure to take the following steps:
Buy tracking when you ship the item and upload the tracking number to your case details in the Resolution Center
Include signature confirmation if the combined purchase price and original shipping total $250 or more
お客様が受け取った商品が説明と違っており、問題解決センターでケースを申し立てされたことが販売者に通知されました。販売者は7日間以内にお客様に返信します。販売者は全額／一部返金を提案するか、交換商品を発送すると思われます。
販売者が返金または交換前に商品の返品を要求した時は、下記の手順で進めてください。
商品発送時に追跡番号をつけ、問題解決センターのケース詳細に追跡番号をアップロードする
購入金額と元の送料が250ドルを上回る場合は確認の署名をする
