日本食とその関連事業を東南アジア市場に紹介する「Oishii Japan2012」が、11月1日から3日、シンガポールで開催された。
企業・団体へ向けたダイレクトな商談の場、販売促進の場を提供。日本から27都道府県、シンガポールから220社・団体が出展、5096人が来場した。
また期間中に近隣レストランのワン・オン・ザ・バンドで100種類以上の新潟のお酒が味わえる「新潟酒の陣」も開催されるなど、多くの日本食関係者、愛好家が集まった。
「Oishii Japan 2012」 that introduce Japanese cuisine and related operation for south east Asia had been held in Singapore on 1st to 3rd Nov.
