出展者とバイヤーとの商談を通じ、海外から震災復興を支援する、科学的根拠に基づいた日本の食の安心、安全、”おいしい”を発信し、日本食・食文化の輸出推進、普及・啓発していく、訪日外客数増大に寄与することをビジョンに掲げている。

Japanese Food Fair held in Marina Bay Sands
“Oishii Japan 2012,” which introduced Japanese food and the related business to the Southeast Asia market, was held from November 1 through November 3 in Singapore.
