マリーナ・ベイ・サンズで日本食の展示会が開催
日本食とその関連事業を東南アジア市場に紹介する「Oishii Japan2012」が、11月１日から３日、シンガポールで開催された。
企業・団体へ向けたダイレクトな商談の場、販売促進の場を提供。日本から27都道府県、シンガポールから220社・団体が出展、5096人が来場した。
また期間中に近隣レストランのワン・オン・ザ・バンドで100種類以上の新潟のお酒が味わえる「新潟酒の陣」も開催されるなど、多くの日本食関係者、愛好家が集まった。

Japanese Food Fair held in Marina Bay Sands

“Oishii Japan 2012,” which introduced Japanese food and the related business to the Southeast Asia market, was held from November 1 through November 3 in Singapore.

The fair provided companies and organizations with the opportunity for business talks and sales promotions. Twenty-seven prefectures from Japan and 220 Singaporean companies and organizations exhibited in, and 5,096 people visited the venue.

During the fair, a special event called “Niigata Sake Battle,” where more than 100 kinds of sake can be tasted, was also held at the nearby restaurant One on the Bund, bringing many people in the Japanese food industry and Japanese food lovers together.
