ここ最近、サーバーの調子が悪いらしく、【サービス名が入ります】のウェブサーバーが添付のファイルのような画面を、週に2、3度数時間にわたって頻繁に返すようになりました。
たぶん、サーバーの負荷が高いからだと思うのですが、原因がわからないので、改善の仕方もわかりません。
どうすればいいかアドバイスをいただけますか？ あるいは対処をしていただけますでしょうか？
すごく困っています。

I would like to report that the server seems to have a problem lately. (<service name to be inserted>) web server returns attached screen shots couple of times in a week for few hours.
I think that the server is overloaded but because I do not know what is the root cause, I am not able to do anything to resolve the problem
Can you please advice what I should do? Can you please resolve the problem your side?
This is causing serous problem to me. Please help.

Recently, since there seems to be something wrong with the server, a couple of times per a week,【サービス名が入ります】web server started to return results such as the attached file to indicate on the screen frequently for several hours.
Probably I think this is because of high load on the server, but I don't know the cause, so I don't know how to improve this situation.
Could you give me some advices regarding how to do? Or could you kindly troubleshoot this problem?
I'm in deep trouble.
