ここ最近、サーバーの調子が悪いらしく、【サービス名が入ります】のウェブサーバーが添付のファイルのような画面を、週に2、3度数時間にわたって頻繁に返すようになりました。
たぶん、サーバーの負荷が高いからだと思うのですが、原因がわからないので、改善の仕方もわかりません。
どうすればいいかアドバイスをいただけますか？ あるいは対処をしていただけますでしょうか？

I would like to report that the server seems to have a problem lately. (<service name to be inserted>) web server returns attached screen shots couple of times in a week for few hours.
I think that the server is overloaded but because I do not know what is the root cause, I am not able to do anything to resolve the problem
Can you please advice what I should do? Can you please resolve the problem your side?
This is causing serous problem to me. Please help.
