It has been two days since I received an email from you but there is still no refund.
You sent me many emails saying that you would make a refund, but you have made a variety of excuses and still you have not made the refund.

I cannot forgive the obvious swindling of taking $700, which is a large amount of money, not sending the product and then not giving a refund.
