I made a request that the five packages that arrived at your company on 10/22 be transferred to Japan.
I finished the payment for the five of them with postage included.
Only one out of those, the heaviest refrigerator, has arrived on 10/31, but the remaining 4 packages have not arrived yet.
Please contact me about where there are now and when about they will arrive.

Will you please take a prompt action?
I asked you to forward five packages, which your company received, to Japan on October 22. I paid shipping fee for those packages.
I received only one of of five, the heaviest refrigerator, on October 31 but the other four have not arrived yet.
Could you confirm and let me know where they are now and when they will arrive here?

I very much appreciate your prompt action.
On 22 Oct, I have asked to forward those 5 parcels which had arrived at your company.
I already have paid for the shipment for all those five.
