新規事業、そしてそれが海外事業ともなれば、頻繁に現地に足を運んだとしても、
ネットで情報を時間が許す限り収集したとしても十分な情報が揃わず、
どこかのタイミングで今考えうるベストな仮説を実行に移す必要があります。
と、頭では理解していながら実際は、意識の部分でZさん任せで
結果的に自ら積極的に重要な意思決定の機会に参加していませんでした。
それが結果としてコミュニケーションのとり方につながっていました。
プロジェクトにおける役割分担の枠に収まらず、
積極的自ら考え、自ら行動し、自らを成長させていこうと思います。

When you work around to a new business, especially in foreign country, you would not be able to gather enough information if you visit the place often, nor searching through the internet. In such situation, you would be driven into a situation that you carry out plans based on your best guess without sufficient information. Though I should have understood this, I unknowingly left the decision to Mr.(Ms.)Z, did not involve into the situation. This is why the communication between us was insufficient.

If it's a new project and overseas project, it is quite difficult to get enough information for that even if we go to the local place frequently and collect information on internet as much as we can. Therefore, at a certain stage, we have to execute the best hypothesis that we can guess at that moment. Though I recognized this, actually I relied on Mr.Z subconsciously and as a result, didn't leverage the decision-making opportunity proactively.

A new business, and when it comes to an overseer's, even if you go to the site frequently,
or try to collect information via the Internet as long as the time allows, but when you might not get enough,
you need to take action with the most feasible hypothesis at some point so far.
Though well understand of that, however, I counted on Mr.Z subconsciously so that I didn't willingly attend an important decision-making meeting at a result.
That influenced to the way of communications accordingly.
I feel I need to be more involved myself not only the role of the project but also think assertively, act and mature myself.
