メーカーに返品したい件でメーカーにご連絡いただけますか？Tシャツは、入荷した時点で既にクレームでメーカーもそれが分かっていて送ってきたようです。シャツは、インボイスにもタグにもCODEが記載されているのですが絵型とは全く違っています。ジャケットのサンプルは添付写真の商品なのですが、絵型とは襟の形が違います。又、バックプリントも無いはずなのにの絵柄がプリントされています。また、もう1点がよく分からない商品が入荷されました。返品が問題なければ弊社から工場に返送しようと思います。

Could you please contact to the manufacturer regarding the return? About T-shirts, the manufacturer already knew that it's claimed items when we received those T-shirts. About shirts, the drawing is totally different even if there is a code on the invoice and tags. The jacket's sample is in the photo attached, but the collar shape is different from the drawing. Also we received an other product which we are not sure. If it's no no problem,we are going to return those items to the factory.

We would like you to inform of our intention of returning goods to the maker.
1. T-shirt
Upon receiving the T-shirt, we recognize that the T-shirt is far from what we
can accept. We assume the maker had known problems before shipping, but they
shipped it anyway.
2. Shirt
Its code number is shown on the Invoice and on the tag as well, however it is
totally different from its pattern.
3. Jacket
The sample of the jacket is shown in the attached file. The sample has a different
collar shape from its pattern. In addition, the backside of jacket should have
NO printing, however the sample has a printing on its backside.
4. Unrecognizable sample
We received one item which we are not able to recognize at all.
We would like to return these goods to the manufacturer, when the maker agrees with our request to ship them back.

Could you please contact to me? I'd like to talk about returning the products to the maker. The T-shirt already had claims when it arrived and the maker seems that they knew it. A CODE is written in the thirt but is totally different from the pictures. The sample of a jacket has attatched picture but the collar shape is different. Also it should be without backprinting but there is. Furthermore, I received one more unknown product. If there's no problem of returning them, I'm considering to send them back to the factory directly.
