Because you sent me an email stating that you will refund me by Tuesday I was waiting for it but you didn't refund me.
It seems like I'm not going to get it refunded contacting with you like this therefore, I will show PayPal all the emails we've exchanged and report them that I didn't get the product nor the refund if you didn't refund me by November 3rd.

As you informed me by email that you were going to make refund by Tuesday, I was waiting. However, I did not receive any refund. Through our communication it seems like you have no intention of giving my money back. So if I do not receive refund by November 3rd, I will submit all of our emails and report to paypal that I paid but never received the item, there was no refund either.

Since it looks you do not intend to refund mony,I will report this matter to Paypal with e-mail between us.I will wait for that acution until 3rd Nov. Refund money,or I will claim to Paypal that you do not send items,nor refund money even if I paid for them.
