1. I paid for interest of bank, property tax, and monthly payment.
2. You paid for TV, washing machine, fridge, shipping, etc.

I suggest we do not consider these cost in the calculation of profit.

We split the profit into half, so each of us gets $53,586

I don't understand your Japanese. It doesn't make any sense.

How much was the interest that you paid for last two years?

Those monthly payments and property tax are nothing to do with me because I was not living there.
When Mike came to Japan, he stayed in my house so don't include that.

When I went to Singapore, you were saying completely different things. Please explain.
I had said that the total amount included transportation fee and electric appliances.
Every day, you are using plates, furniture, beds, etc that I had brought there.
And you said you would pay for them.
It seems that you forget things which are inconvenient for you.
You should also pay for the commission for exchange because I need money in yen.

Have you realized how much I have spent on this?

1. I spent bank interest, fixed property tax and monthly payment and
2. You spent for TV, washing machine and shipping cost and so on.

I propose that those cost don't affect to profit calculation.
We halve the profit and we'll gain $53,586 (3.3394,657 yen) each.

Those Japanese are broken, I don't understand that.

How much bank account interest will be for 2 years??

I don't have to pay fixed property tax and monthly rent because I don't live there.
Mike was living at my home when he came to Japan, so please don't count that.

How come it's different from what I was talking about before when I went to Singapore?
I told you that it should be in total included shipping fee and electrical appliances.
Everyday you use the stuff which I brought from Japan such as table ware, furniture ,bedding and so on.
You said you was going to pay all.
Please do not forget only convenient things for you.
Also I should exchange the money to Japanese yen so please give me a handling fee, too.

Can you imagine how much I spent?

I do not understand above sentence as Japanese text does not make sense to me.

Can you tell me how much the bank's interest fee of the past 2 years??

I did not live in the property therefore monthly rent and fixed property tax are not my responsibility.
Mike had stayed in my house when he was in Japan, I do not want it to be included.

I would need your explanation how come now you say different thing from what you had said when you were in Singapore. I thought that agreement was total amount of shipping fee and cost of all electrical goods.
Can I remind you that you are actually using my eating utensils, furniture and bed clothing etc that I had brought from Japan?
I believe that you had said you will pay for all those.
You seemed to forgot all things that were inconvenient to you.
By the way I need to exchange currency, into Japanese yen thus I need to pay for exchange commission, can you please also cover this commission.

I wonder if you have any idea how much I had spent so far?

You don't make any effort and but pay someone to translate in the conversation. However I've been doing that by my self.
It's used to take me a whole day to send just an e-mail in the begging.
Can you understand that it's so much stress to me?

Maybe I cannot e-mail you tomorrow, please remember that.

You are talking to me by paying for translation, without bothering yourself. I had been trying to talk to you by my own effort.
Sometimes I used to spend a day to write just one email to you.
I wish you would understood how stressful that could have been for me.

I probably not able to email to you tomorrow, I hope that is OK with you.
