こんにちは。9月23日に商品を購入しましたが、まだ商品が届いていません。
今週末に友人に渡すプレゼント用に購入したので、とても急いでいます。
商品はいつ発送しましたか？発送方法と、追跡番号があれば教えてください。
また、いつもそちらのお店から商品発送のメールが届かないので
こちらから問い合わせていますが、今後は商品発送後にメールを
頂けると助かります。

Hello. I have purchased the item on September 23, but haven't received it yet.
I purchased it as a birthday present for my friend which I am supposed to give this weekend, so it is very urgent.
When did you ship the item? Please let me know the shipping method, and tracking number if possible.
Also, every time I buy from your store, I do not receive shipment email, therefore I always have to make inquiries. I would appreciate if you can send an email after you ship them from now on.
