商品発送に関する問い合わせ
こんにちは。9月23日に商品を購入しましたが、まだ商品が届いていません。
今週末に友人に渡すプレゼント用に購入したので、とても急いでいます。
商品はいつ発送しましたか？発送方法と、追跡番号があれば教えてください。
また、いつもそちらのお店から商品発送のメールが届かないので
こちらから問い合わせていますが、今後は商品発送後にメールを
頂けると助かります。

Inquiry about the shipment

Although I purchased your item September 23th, I haven't received it yet.
I need to get it immediately because I am going to give it to a friend of mine as a present at the end of this week.
When did you ship it? Would you please let me know the way of shipment and the tracking number?
I am questioning you by e-mail now, because I haven't received an e-mail from you to report of shipping, which I usually get from you.
I would appreciate if you could give me an e-mail just after you send items from now on.
