■Selections & Exhibtion
Ten artists will be selected by the curators to exhibit in the main windows at
Brighton Jubilee Library from 14th November to 12th December 2012. Artworks will
be on sale with a 30% commission to the organisers for any sales made during that
period or through the Omnia. (Please bear this is mind when pricing your art.) Each
image will be printed on fabric panels for the collaborative work, prints of artwork
can be sold through us indefinitely at the same said commission.
Once you have exhibited with The Omnia Scroll Exhibition your work will
tour annually as part of the collective scroll.
2012年11月14日から12月12日まで、Brighton Jubilee Library にて、学芸員によって選ばれた10人のアーティストの作品がショウウィンドウに展示されます。
作品はその期間中、主催者への委託料として30％込みの価格でOmniaを通して販売されます。（作品の価格については、こちらが取り決めとなっておりますのでご了承ください。）
それぞれの作品画像が、共同作品用に布地に編みこまれできた作品も、当社で同じ手数料のもと無期限に販売いたします。
一度The Omnia Scroll 展示会で作品が展示されましたら、その作品は年間を通じ、作品集の一品となり展示されます。
Brighton Jubilee Libraryのメインウィンドウに展示するために、2012年11月14日から12月12日の期間に10名のアーティストが学芸員によって選ばれます。その期間またはOmniaを通して販売されたものについて30%のコミッションが主催者に支払われることが条件で、作品が販売されます。（作品の値段を決める際はこのことを念頭に置いてください。）それぞれの作品画像が共同の作品として布地のパネルに印刷され、私たちを通して同じ歩合のコミッションで、作品のプリントを販売します。
Omnia Scroll Exhibitionで一度展示していただくと、年に1度、あなたの作品は作品を集めた巻物として巡回します。
■Rights
Permission to use image for transfer to fabric scroll, website, marketing purposes.
Copyright of the collective work becomes copyright for the collective “Omnia
Scroll”. Artists retain copyright of all works and text they upload, but “The Omnia
Scroll” are authorised to use these materials for communication and promotion
purposes and creation of the scroll, catalogue and other promotional material.
Artists who are selected to The Omnia Scroll & Exhibition declare and accept that
they are the authors of the images they upload and possess all rights to use these
images. The organizer is not and cannot be held responsible for any third party
claims.

共同作品の著作権については、Omnia Scroll共同作品としての著作権となる。
アーティストはアップロードしたすべての作品とテキストの著作権を保持するが、The Omnia Scrollにはこれらの素材を伝達やプロモーション、またスクロールやカタログその他のプロモーション素材の作成を目的として使用する権限を持つ。
The Omnia Scroll & Exhibitionに選出されたアーティストは、自身がアップロードした画像の作者本人であり、これらの画像を使用するに当たってのすべての権利を所有していることを宣言し同意する。主催者はいかなる第三者からのクレームに対しても責任を負うことはできない。
■Entry Fee
There is no submission fee to enter your works.
Those selected for the exhibition for 2012 or wishing to join for the future
exhibitions, the fee is £120 this is a one off fee, you will be part of the collaborative
continually. The one off payment ensures your original works are Exhibited to the
public and are for sale through the exhibition and website and that your work on the
fabric panels is exhibited annually and you are continually promoted included as a
part of the collaboration.

2012年のエキシビションに選ばれた方、または今後のエキシビションに参加を希望される方は、£120の費用が必要になります。これは1回限りの費用で、継続的に共同作品の一部になることが出来ます。この1度限りのお支払で、あなたのオリジナル作品が展示、エキシビションとウェブサイトで販売、あなたの作品が印刷された布地パネルの年に1度の展示、そしてコラボレーションの一環として、継続的に宣伝されることをお約束します。
■Alternative Entry Fee
If you can offer skills, to the project of which will be ongoing, and those skills
offered can be agreed with Penelope Oakley a fee of £60 in part payment including
the same said above terms will be reached. Project skills sought, Curators, future
Gallery Venues, Promotion, Marketing, Website Skills, physical help with hanging
exhibitions, administration etc, sponsorship connections. Please feel free to put
forward any skills you may have to offer this collaborative.
もしあなたが、これから進めていく企画においてなにかしらのスキルを提供でき、かつそのスキルでPenelope Oakleyと合意ができた場合には、支払料金は£60にて、上記と同じ条件を受けることが出来ます。求められるスキルは、キューレーター・今後の開催会場・プロモーション・マーケティング・ウェブサイトの作成・展示物設置や運営などの人的補助、スポンサーとのコネクションです。あなたがなにかしらこの共同作業に提供できそうなスキルをお持ちでしたら、是非お願いします。
■Transport of Original Works & Alternative
Selected artists invited to exhibit their works will be responsible for their personal
travel costs and all costs related to the transport of their works to and from the
exhibition, all works must be ready to hang, adhering to hanging instructions which
will be given. Please ensure your works are insured for travel and exhibition
purposes.
Artworks to be delivered to Penelope Oakley, 38 Woodbourne Avenue, Brighton,
BN1 8EQ by November 7th for International Artists for local artists hanging on 13th
November in the evening to be delivered to the library at 7.30 pm.
展覧会へ招待されたアーティストの交通費と作品の搬入費はすべて自己負担となります。すべての作品は壁にかけられる状態で、展覧会の規約に準拠したものでなければいけません。作品が搬入と展覧のための保険に加入していることをご確認ください。
作品はPenelope Oakley, 38 Woodbourne Avenue, Brighton,BN1 8EQに国外からのアーティストは１１月７日まで、国内のアーティストは１１月１３日の午後７時３０分までに図書館に搬入できるようにしてください。
Alternative option for those who may incur higher costs because of geographical
location, I am currently in talks with my highly professional company of printers who
can print and mount works for you, I am arranging a discounted fee, if you are
interested in this option please enquire.
PLEASE STATE TITLE, DIMENSIONS, MEDIUM, YEAR CREATED AND
PRICE (PLEASE INCLUDE THE 30% COMMISSION IN YOUR PRICE) IN
GBP FOR EACH ARTWORK.
