以前、送信したメールでHadphoneが足りないと言っていましたが、確認したところ３つちゃんと入っておりました。インヴォイスが間違っていたようです。しかし、8個発送してもらったはずのBag Strapsが4個しか入っていませんでした。この商品はどこにありますか？なければ足りない4個分の商品代金を返金してください。

In the previous email I said that there weren't enough headphones, and after double checking I see that there are three of them. Is the invoice wrong, perhaps? However, while there should have been eight Bag Straps shipped only four were included. Where are the rest of them? If they aren't included then please refund the money paid for the four of them.

I said in my earlier e-mail that a Hadphone was missing, but upon checking I realized that all 3 were here. It seems that there was an error in the invoice. However, there were supposed to be 8 Bag Straps, but I only received 4. Where are the rest? If they cannot be accounted for, I would like a refund for the 4 missing Bag Straps.
