以前、送信したメールでHadphoneが足りないと言っていましたが、確認したところ３つちゃんと入っておりました。インヴォイスが間違っていたようです。しかし、8個発送してもらったはずのBag Strapsが4個しか入っていませんでした。この商品はどこにありますか？なければ足りない4個分の商品代金を返金してください。
