この注文商品が届かないのですが、「☆☆☆」
配送してくれていますよね？
トラッキングナンバー調べたら、ドイツ出荷で止まっています。
なぜかというと、後に注文した商品の方が、3日前に到着しているのです。
いつも迷惑掛けていますが、返信よろしくお願い致します。

I checked the tracking number and found that the item is waiting to be shipped in Germany.
That's because the item I ordered most recently arrived three days ago.

Though I confirmed the tracking number, the item's shipping is stopped in Germany.
The reason I found it is that another product which I had ordered later than it has arrived 3 days ago.
