ebayで1000個以上のアイテムを購入し支払いをしましたが、Paypal手数料を買い手である私が負担した事は１度もありません。また手数料を支払う気もありません。Paypalで送金する時に手数料は掛かりませんが、受け取る方は、手数料が引かれた額を受け取るのですか？またその手数料を後から私に請求するのですか？Ebayで海外の相手と取引する＝イコールPaypalを利用すると言う事です。手数料を求めるなら落札前にその事を伝えるべきです。残念ながら今回の取引をキャンセルします。

I have ever bought more than 1,000 items on ebay, but I, as a buyer, have never paid Paypal commission fee, and I will not pay it. When remitting via Paypal the payer do not pay the commission, but do you mean that the receiver will receive deducted amount? And are you going to bill that commission to me? Doing transaction on Ebay with foreign traders means using Paypal. If you wanted to charge a commission, you should have informed of it before the bid was won. Unfortunately, I cancel this transaction.

I have purchased and payed for over a thousand items on eBay, but I have never encountered that the buyer had to pay the Paypal handling charge. I also don't feel inclined to pay for it again. If a money transfer through Paypal doesn't charge any handling charge, does it mean that the person who receives the pay gets the money minus the handling charge? And therefore has to request me to pay the handling charge afterwards? If you do business with someone overseas, you both equally use Paypal. If there are any handling charges necessary, that should be said so before the bid is accepted. I think it's a real shame, but I will be cancelling the current transaction.
