Thank you for your email and pictures. We will need to start a claim for you if the merchandise has arrived damaged.
Please provide the following information:
- Original receipts showing the purchase price of the merchandise
- Completed Claim Form
- Damage report from DHL (You can request this information from your local DHL office)
Once we receive all the information requested, we can then proceed with the claim. But please act on this soon as you only have 30 days since the date of shipment to file a claim. We must receive the completed paperwork within 30 days of shipment in order to be considered for claim.

- DHLから発行される破損レポート(最寄りのDHLのオフィスに申請して下さい)
上記の情報が全て揃い次第、請求処理を開始致します。
ただし、クレーム請求の期限は発送日より30日以内となっておりますので、早急にご対応をお願い致します。クレーム請求の審査を行うためには、30日以内に全ての書類をお送り頂く必要がございます。
Lastly, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that the claim will be approved as the damaged is very minimal and the item is still working. We do not offer or guarantee that we will inspect each item for small scratches, marks, scrapes, etc. We do a general inspection to ensure the item you ordered is there and that it appears intact. Basically if something is clearly obviously broken or missing we report this.
