Lastly, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that the claim will be approved as the damaged is very minimal and the item is still working. We do not offer or guarantee that we will inspect each item for small scratches, marks, scrapes, etc. We do a general inspection to ensure the item you ordered is there and that it appears intact. Basically if something is clearly obviously broken or missing we report this.

また、破損のダメージが小さく、まだ商品が使用可能な事から、クレームが承認されるという保証は致しかねます。小さな傷や跡や擦り傷等に対する調査は提供しておりませんし、保証も出来ません。通常の点検をし、ご注文商品がそこにある事を確認し、損傷を受けていなそうという事だけを確認しております。基本的には、商品が明らかに壊れていたり、なくなっていた場合はそれを報告します。
