お願いしていた荷物が本日届きました。確認しましたら新品で買った時計が壊れていました。
写真を送りますので見てください。半円のプレートが剥がれ落ち、傷もあります。
強い衝撃を与えて壊れたように見えます。
というか送られてきた箱を開けたらこの時計のケースは何にも包まれていませんでした。そして半分開いてました。そして説明書は別の荷物の下敷きになって箱の底にありました。
もともとこのケースは弱い力でも開く仕組みになっているので何かに包まないと簡単に開いてしまうのは貴方も分かると思います。

The parcel I have ordered has finally arrived in Japan. The watch I bought was supposed to be a brand new product, which even under superficial inspection, however, turned out to be BROKEN. I will attach a picture, please have a look at it.
The semi-circular plate has come off; I also detected some chips and scratches. The product appears to have suffered a substantial drop on the floor. Also, when I opened the box the watch was shipped in, I found the case to be half-opened.
To my astonishment, it was not wrapped in anything. The manual I found, again to much surprise, pinned under the bottom of a different box.
I believe it is really common sense that a case like that, unless wrapped with something, will inevitable open, even when only minimal force is applied.
