お願いしていた荷物が本日届きました。確認しましたら新品で買った時計が壊れていました。
写真を送りますので見てください。半円のプレートが剥がれ落ち、傷もあります。
強い衝撃を与えて壊れたように見えます。

というか送られてきた箱を開けたらこの時計のケースは何にも包まれていませんでした。そして半分開いてました。そして説明書は別の荷物の下敷きになって箱の底にありました。
もともとこのケースは弱い力でも開く仕組みになっているので何かに包まないと簡単に開いてしまうのは貴方も分かると思います。

I will send you a photograph, for you to look at. The semi-circular plate has peeled off and there are also some marks on it.
It looks as though it has broken due to a strong shock.
Also, I noticed after opening the box that the clock case was not wrapped in any packaging. It was also half open and the instruction manual had become trapped under another item at the bottom of the box.
As I am sure you are aware, unless it is wrapped inside something, this kind of case will open easily with only the slightest force.
