そこから日本へ転送したため現在は日本にあります。
手元にある商品は私が送料を負担して発送しますので
返送先の住所を教えていただけますか？
交換品は可能であれば日本へ直送していただきたいのですが
送料も高くなってしまいますので前回同様、フロリダの住所宛でOKです。

Regarding the product, we have had it shipped to Florida and had it forwarded to Japan. It is now in Japan.
I will take up the shipping cost and ship the products I have on hand.
Could you provide the return address?
If an exchange is possible, I will like to have it sent directly to Japan but the shipping fee will become exceptionally high, so it will be fine to have it sent to the Florida address as usual.
