IRX took away my 180 thousand yen(approx. $2022) from me. They sell "MatriStem MicroMatrix" on their website and I clicked a button and purchased it. My 180 thousand yen ended up going to waste. I made an inquiry to them and they explained to me that MatriStemMicroMatrix is sent to Swiss by Acell and a middle supplier in Swiss sent it to IRX. IRX sells it online. They told me you stopped the distribution process with malicious intent and this is the reason it isn't delivered to them. They explained to me that my 180 thousand yen are all gone.
I'll show you the link to IRX's online purchase page for your reference. A product is supposed to be available when a customer click and pay for it on the page. I certainly clicked and paid 180 thousand yen （2022$）there but I lost every money I paid because of you.
Mr. Rodney Bosley, How on earth will you take a responsibility for this matter? Listen, I lost everything because of you! How will you solve this matter? You have to send the product to fulfill your responsibility. I've already sent you the address where it should be delivered. If you don't send it, I'll sue you.

That IRX corporation deprived me of 180,000 JPY. I found IRX was selling MatriStem MicroMatrix on its website ,so I placed an order by clicking ,but it was in vain and I lost 180,000 Yen.
I asked IRX corp. about the issue ,and the answer was as follows ;
- IRX usually buys MatriStem MicroMatrix from a Swiss intermediate supplier which buys the product from Acell corp.
- The reason why this time IRX couldn't get the product is because YOU stopped sending it intentionally.
- IRX cannot accept a refunding.
For your reference , I attach a copy of IRX's order page. Normally I click an order button on this page and pay in advance ,and I get delivered the item.
This time I ordered and paid as usual ,but I couldn't get it without refund.
The cause of my lost 180,000 Yen($2,022) is you and your company's fault.
