時々、カテゴリーによって送料を決められてしまうことがあります。
例えば、「ゲーム」のカテゴリーであれば国内送料が＄４までです。
そういう場合は、そのまま出品するのではなく、商品説明にこの様に書いておいてください。

A new invoice will be sent from PayPal after your bid has succeeded.
