先日、いくつかの商品を同梱して日本への転送を依頼しました。そして昨日、日本に到着しました。しかし同梱した商品の中のトラッキング№○○の商品が原因で、現在日本の税関でストップしています。
今回トラッキング№○○の商品をまとめて77個転送していますが、日本の薬事法ではこの商品を1度にまとめて輸入できる最大個数が24個までと決まっていることを私は知りませんでした。そのため、残りの数量を1度そちらにへ返送する必要があります。

I requested you to put in some goods together and forward to Japan. And it arrived at Japan yesterday. However, it is stopped in the Japanese custom because of the tracking No. oo in that package.
This time, 77pcs of goods of tracking No. oo are forwarded together but I did not know the fact that there is a regulation that 24pcs at most of this goods are permitted to import by Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. So I need them to send rest of qty back to you there once.

I requested to enclose several items in the package and transfer those to Japan the other day. The package has reached Japan however, due to item with the tracking №○○; the package is currently stuck at the custom. I have requested to transfer 77pcs of the item with the tracking №○○ this time but, according to the Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, we were only allowed to import 24 pcs at a time which I didn’t know. Therefore, I need to once send back the surplus amount.
しかし日本のDHLに確認したところ、返送手続きをするためには、事前に送り元である御社の許可が必要と言われました。そこでお手数ですが、アメリカのDHLに連絡をして、トラッキング№○○の商品の一部を返送することを許可するとお伝えいただけますでしょうか。
ご面倒をお掛けしますが、よろしくお願い致します。

But as I confirmed with DHL Japan, they told me that the authorization by your company as the sender is needed for processing return. As such, sorry to trouble you but kindly please contact DHL USA to get the authorization for the returning of some items with the tracking number ○○.

However, I checked with DHL in Japan, but they said they need permission of you as a shipper for arrangement of returning. So I know it is huge trouble for you but could you help me by contacting with DHL in US and tell them you accept the part of the goods of tracking No. oo?
