私があなたから購入した上記すべての商品の請求書または、納品書を
再発行してもらえませんか？

できれば紙面で送ってほしいのですが、

無理なら、請求書、及び納品書の紙面をスキャンしてメールに添付して
送ってもらえませんか？

商品は確かに受け取ったのですが

私は、送ってもらった時に封入されていた納品書を失くしてしまい
大変困っています。

どうか宜しくお願いします。

If possible could you send it on paper, if impossible can you scan the invoice papers and send it through email?

I have certianly recived the items you have sent, but the sealed invoice you had sent was lost, so I am in big trouble.

If possible I would prefer them on printed paper, but if this is not possible, could you scan the invoice or statement of delivery and attach them to an e-mail?

I received the goods fine, but I have lost the enclosed statement of delivery and find myself troubled because of this.
