できれば紙面で送ってほしいのですが、
無理なら、請求書、及び納品書の紙面をスキャンしてメールに添付して
送ってもらえませんか？
商品は確かに受け取ったのですが
私は、送ってもらった時に封入されていた納品書を失くしてしまい
大変困っています。
どうか宜しくお願いします。

Would it be possible to resend me an invoice or a statement of delivery for all the goods mentioned above that I purchased from you?
If possible I would prefer them on printed paper, but if this is not possible, could you scan the invoice or statement of delivery and attach them to an e-mail?
I received the goods fine, but I have lost the enclosed statement of delivery and find myself troubled because of this.
