I got the shipping notification email for the items I ordered.
However, I have a few problems to address.

First, two copies of the email arrived with the same order number.
Second, I requested that the delivery address be changed but it's the same as before on the email.

I have received an email that tells me the product has been sent. However I see few problems with the shipping.

First off, I received 2 emails with the same order number. And next, I made a request to change the shipping address, but the address is same as the one before the change. Lastly, I've looked up the tracking number to see the condition but it seems that nothing has been changed.
