注文した商品の発送通知メールが届きました。
幾つか問題があるように感じています。

まず、同じ注文番号で発送メールが二通届いています。
次に、発送先の住所の変更を依頼したのですが、発送メールの住所が変更前のものになっています。
最後に、発行された追跡番号で状況を調べたところ、全く更新されていない状態です。

どのような状況かご案内下さい。

I received your email notifying me that the item I ordered has been shipped.
However, I feel that there are several issues.

First, I received to emails regarding the same order number.
Second, I requested that the shipping address be changed, but the address on the email is the old one.
Lastly, when I examined the situation using the tracking number I was issued it appeared that it has not been updated at all.

Please explain the situation to me exactly.
