The Sales tax ID in Florida is X.
The DR-13 itself has not arrived yet as I requested shortly before.
Though we will not do actual sales promotion,
Resale Certificate is needed?
Is it ok I will request again in my address in Frolida?

The Florida sales tax ID is X.
I have just filled DR-13 and haven't received it yet.
I don't practice any business activities in New York,
is Resale Certificate necessary?
Is it better if I refill the documents using the Florida address?

Since I have just filed DR-13, I haven't received it yet.
Although I don't do a real business operation in NY, do I have to get a Resale Certificate?
Could I apply for it with my address in Florida?
