○○○○ is conducting tours overseas without a travel agency license in Japan.
They are visiting the US as tourists without visas, but in reality they gather tens of Japanese customers at xxxx in California and hold religious seminars as well as run local shops and selling products.
They visit various places in the US many times a year, conducting the same kind of business.
The US Immigration Services and the Airport Immigration Office strongly recommend that they are denied entry into the country.
The same documents have also been sent to the Japanese government.

○○○○ is hosting tours abroad without having a travel agency license in Japan.
They visit America as tourists without a visa, but actually gather dozens of customers from Japan at ×××× in California and open religious seminars.
And in this location they have individually-owned stores and are selling goods.
They visit every part of the country several times a year and are developing similar businesses.
The American Immigration Bureau as well as the airport immigration controller strongly suggest that ○○○○'s entry into the country is refused.
Furthermore, I have forwarded identical documents to the Japanese government.

〇〇〇〇 is holding oversea tour service without travel agent license. 〇〇〇〇 is also holding religious seminars by collecting dozens of customers from Japan in ×××× in the state of California, while visiting the U.S. as a tourist without visa. Besides, 〇〇〇〇 has a privately-owned local shop and selling products. Couple times a year, 〇〇〇〇 visits various areas in the U.S. and expanding the business. I strongly recommend the U.S. Immigration Breau and immigration control officers at the airport to refuse 〇〇〇〇 from entering the country. I also have already sent the same letter to Japanese government .
