私はeBayでMonsterのヘッドホンを購入しました。
しかしこれらのヘッドホンにはシリアルナンバーが無い。恐らく偽物だと思われます。この買い物に関してクレームを起こしましたが、鑑定書がないので私は代金をだまし取られると思います。

I have purchased a Monster headphone on eBay. However these headphones did not have serial numbers on them. I belive it's a fake product. I've sent a complaint, but they will not give money back, since I do not have a surveyer's report.

Is it possible to get the surveyer's report issued? Since I'm in Japan, I am too busy to send the product to America and afford expensive shipping fee. May I get the report issuded under this circumstance? Thank you for your assistance.

I got this headphone off eBay, but it doesn’t have serial numbers.
I think it could be a forgery.
I opened a claim for this transaction, but I’m afraid that my payment will be taken away by deception because I don’t have investigation report.

I bought the Monster's headphone at eBay.
However, there is no serial number in these headphones. Perhaps, I think these are imitation.
I complained this time. However, I think the charge will not be paid back because there is no expert evidence.
