私はeBayでMonsterのヘッドホンを購入しました。
しかしこれらのヘッドホンにはシリアルナンバーが無い。恐らく偽物だと思われます。この買い物に関してクレームを起こしましたが、鑑定書がないので私は代金をだまし取られると思います。

鑑定書を発行してもらう事は可能ですか？
私は日本にいるのでアメリカまで商品を送る時間もなければ、高額な配送料を払う余裕もありません。写真を送りますが、これを元に鑑定書を作ってもらう事は可能ですか？
よろしくお願いします。

I bought the Monster's headphone at eBay.
However, there is no serial number in these headphones. Perhaps, I think these are imitation.
I complained this time. However, I think the charge will not be paid back because there is no expert evidence.

Is it possible to issue the expert evidence?
I am not affordable to pay the high delivery cost, and don't have enough time to send these items back to U.S. because I am in Japan now.
Is it possible to make the expert evidence based on the sent photograph?
