If you would like to return the item to the merchant, the cheapest way to do it would be to provide us a prepaid label provided by the vendor and we can ship it back for a flat $7 fee. If you cannot provide a prepaid label and would like to send the item back still, or if you want to ship the item to a US Address, please be aware that we will ship the items back at US domestic rates, which can actually be pretty expensive. If you need to send your package through the US domestic shipping, you can simply input the address in 'My Address Book" from your account settings. Customers generally input the RMA number in Address Line 2. From your account, you can then create a ship request from the Inbox of your account page for the package you would like returned and then select the return address. Our most cost effective domestic shipping carrier is FedEx Domestic Ground.
