I also do business with my customers. It's really difficult for me when the specification and shape of the products change without prior warning. Please let me have such information before I make an order or before the items are shipped. The differences for the 3/8" Mounts are so significant that I will have a problem selling them. There's also an issue with the item being different from the photo in the manual. This time, I will be ordering one circular 3/8" mount, so would it be possible to get 2 free? It's troublesome that you change procducts' specifications and shape without notice.
Please, report absolutely the changing of them before you ship the products.
3/8" Mounts' shape is totally different from the former one. So, we have problems to sell them.
The other problem is the differnet look on the photo.
This time, I will order one of round 3/8" Mounts, so can I get two other 3/8" Mounts for free?
I received LCD Brackets the other day, can I purchase the same ones continuously?
