私もお客様が相手のビジネスをしています。予告なしに製品の仕様や形状が変更される非常に困ります。必ず注文の前や発送の前に報告してください。3/8" Mountsは形状が大きく異なり販売する上で問題があります。説明書の写真と違うのも問題です。今回、円形の3/8" Mountsを1つ注文するので、2つ無料で頂けませんか？　先日届いた仕様のLCD Bracketsはいつでも購入可能ですか？今回の注文ではLCD Bracketsと3/8" Mountsは通常の商品ですよね？今回の注文。

Please, report absolutely the changing of them before you ship the products.

3/8" Mounts' shape is totally different from the former one. So, we have problems to sell them.

The other problem is the differnet look on the photo.
