The beginning is usually an item of "fund (FFO) from a business activity" or the fund flow calculation sheet called "the operating funds from a business activity". This is an adjusted net income about the creditor or deptor of depreciation and other cash incorporated in it. The change in the operating funds investment is canceled, and the "business cashflow" is calculated .

The beginning is the part of fund-flow statement which is usually called "fund from operation (FFO)" or "running fund from operation". This is the conditioned net revenue on depreciation and debtor and creditor except for other cashes which were included in depreciation. Any changes on running fund investment are canceled, "operating cash flow" is calculated.
