実物大ガンダムがライトアップして登場…ダイバーシティ東京
東京・お台場の「ダイバーシティ東京」に展示された実物大ガンダム。4月19日のオープンに先駆けた17日の公開では、18時以降にはライトアップがされ、光による演出も披露された。
今回の実物大ガンダムでは、新規デカールとともに細部にディテールアップパーツを追加、足首、膝、ひじの関節部分に円形のパーツを追加し、「マグネットコーティング」というアニメーション上の設定を再現。

Real scale Gundam appeared with lighting-up in Diver City Tokyo
This is a real scale Gundam displayed in Diver City Tokyo in Odaiba.
Before a formal opening ceremony on Apr.19th, the Gundam was displayed with a performance featuring light after 6 P.M. on 17th.
The Gundam was added brand-new decals and parts to pay attetion to the details. And added round parts to elbow and knee joints and ankles. And finally it could re-enact a "Magnet-coating" setting in the animation.

Real scale Gundam has been exhibited in Diver City Tokyo in Odaiba, Tokyo.

18時と19時に実施された光の演出では、背景の照明も落とされ暗闇にガンダムがくっきり浮かび上がった。ブルーやレッドなど様々なカラーで照らされたガンダムは、頭部が上下左右に稼働し、空を仰ぎ見るような形で全身からミストが噴射された。
あいにくの雨の中、この演出を写真に納めようと、ガンダムの周辺には大勢の観衆が集まった。

Gundam was clearly emerged in the darkness without any background illumination during the light effect stage show held at 6PM and 7PM. While red, blue and other various colors of light were lighting up Gundam, its head was in motion both horizontally and vertically, and the entire body was injecting mist when it was posing as if it was looking up at the sky.
Large number of spectators gathered around Gundam to take a picture of this dramatic performance even in the unfortunate rain.
